The New England Environmental Education Alliance (NEEEA) comprised of six organizations from each of the New England states has received Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) funding for capacity building mini-grants. A New England Environmental Education Leadership Team, will over-see the program’s over-all priorities, procedures, and funding criteria. Five volunteer grant application reviewers are needed for New Hampshire. The reviewers will process NH’s applications plus a couple from another state, for consistency.
The proposal reviewers should be experienced environmental educators who will have demonstrated knowledge of the elements of high quality environmental education (as described in the NAAEE Guidelines for Excellence in Environmental Education). Reviewers will assess each proposal using a scoring rubric that considers how well the proposal addresses strategic priorities, the quality of the outputs, the diversity of audiences and regions served, and the organization’s proven capacity to implement the proposal.
Please contact Amy Yeakel at email@example.com if you are interested in learning more or would like to serve as a reviewer.
